Substack does not ship an official public posting API. API Substack gives authors an unofficial way to post to Substack via Claude Cowork.

Use Claude Cowork with our MCP tools to draft and publish to Substack.

Steps

1) Register on API Substack (required). 2) Generate your API key. 3) Connect your Substack publication. 4) post through Claude Cowork using that key.

You must create an account to receive an API key. Without registration, posting via API Substack will not work.
