Step 1 — Export from Ghostwriter

1. Export finished drafts as Markdown/HTML/docs from Ghostwriter.
2. Group pieces into a publish queue (oldest → newest or thematic).
3. Collect any email list stored outside the tool.
4. Standardize titles and subtitles before bulk republish.

Step 2 — Create your Substack publication
