Step 1 — Export from Blogger (Blogspot)

1. In Blogger go to Settings → Manage blog → Back up content and download the XML export.
2. Download any images hosted only on Blogspot if you need local copies.
3. List your custom domain (if any) and plan DNS to point or redirect to Substack later.
4. Copy your About page and sidebar links — recreate them as Substack pages/sections.

Step 2 — Create your Substack publication

3. Review the draft in Substack if the piece is sensitive or heavily formatted
4. Publish or schedule — work oldest→newest or ship a “best of” first
5. Announce the move to remaining Blogger (Blogspot) readers with the Substack URL
